Veterinarians
Dr. Keturah Ollie-Hayes
Dr. Keturah was born and raised in Tchula, MS. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Tougaloo College in 2018 before going on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 2022. Her interests include surgery, behavior, and gastrointestinal diseases.
While not at the clinic, Dr. Keturah enjoys reading, crafting, and going to museums. She can’t wait to experience all that beautiful NWA has to offer with her two dogs, Action and Prada
Dr. Tiffany Pulliam
Dr. Pulliam was raised in Fort Smith, AR. She joined the Oak View family after graduating veterinary school in 2023.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Arkansas in Fort Smith and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Her interests include surgery and working through internal medicine cases.
Dr. Pulliam enjoys spending time with her husband, Dalton, her Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Des, and her tortie cat named Kit. Her hobbies include kayaking, fishing, hiking, dining out, and visiting with family and friends.
Dr. Claire Linker
Dr. Claire Linker joined the team in July 2025. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. Dr. Linker is certified in Fear Free practices, AVMA Veterinary First Response, and RECOVER CPR. She has a special interest in behavior, dentistry, internal medicine, radiology, and client communication. Originally from Dripping Springs, TX, Dr. Linker is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each pet. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading fiction and fantasy, crafting, exploring local trails, and staying active at the gym. She shares her home with a playful shepherd mix named Ranger and a cat named Kitty who loves to play fetch.
Dr. Karen Sherman
Dr. Sherman was raised in Pineville, MO and received her Animal Science Degree at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine. She has lived in Pea Ridge since 1984 and has two Irish Wolfhounds named Lenny and Siobhan, a cat named Bizzee, as well as beef cattle.
Along with managing the business, Dr. Sherman is active in many local organizations, veterinary organizations, and has served as the President of the Arkansas Veterinary Medication Association Board. Her hobbies include swimming, walking her dogs, quilting, and helping people with personal needs.
Nurse/ Nurse Assistant Team
Emma H.
Emma was raised in Southern California. We are so glad she joined oak View Animal Clinic as she has a passion for working with animals and making a difference in peoples lives. Emma has a dog named Luna and a cat named Bud. Emma likes to fish, paint, and go on hikes with with her dog.
Jodi
Jodi has always loved helping animals and started her career in veterinary medicine in 2023 to follow that passion. Outside of work her heart is happiest at home with her husband, daughter and 5 dogs. She loves motorcycle rides, embracing her creative side working with clay and paint, and turning household chores into impromptu dance parties.
Hannah
Hi, my name is Hannah, I’m a CVT here at Oak View, I graduated from vet tech school in Iowa in 2023. I love working with all animals, large animal to small and exotics. I have a dog, 2 cats and a snake with my fiancé. Outside of work I enjoy going to movies and spending time outside, I also enjoy making crafts and painting.
Ally
A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Ally enjoys spending time in nature whenever she can. she was born in Central Arkansas and raised in Northwest Arkansas and began her career in veterinary medicine after graduating from high school.
Ally has a big soft spot for her own pets, including dogs Goose and Shiloh and cats Sheba and Miss Kitty. She also enjoys relaxing at home and exploring the Ozarks. Shee’s also had the chance to visit Sedona, AZ and New Orleans, LA, and hopes to continue traveling and seeing new places.
Tyler
Tyler was raised in Jane, Missouri, and happily joined the Oak View team in early 2026.
When she’s away from the clinic, Tyler prefers to keep things close to home. She’s a self-described homebody who enjoys paper crafts, gaming, and relaxing with her husband and daughter. She also has a rescue Chihuahua named Sprout, who keeps things interesting at home!
Sadie
Sadie joined Oak View Animal Clinic in April 2026 after growing up in Fresno, CA, with her parents, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. She graduated from Bentonville High School and is excited to be part of the Oak View team.
Outside of work, Sadie enjoys listening to music, spending time with her cats, and being around horses. She also loves being outdoors and experiencing new places. Sadie moved from California in 2018 and is now enjoying making her home in Northwest Arkansas with her three pets.
Animal Care Specialist Team
Christie C.
Christie grew up in Norfolk, AR. She joined Oak View Animal Clinic in 2018. She leads our Hospitality Team with compassion for the pets in their care. Christy treats every boarding pet like she does her own, and creates special bonds with them and their owners. Christy has a cat, dogs, and horses. In her spare time she likes to paint, swim, fish, and float on the river.
Megan
Megan was born and raised in Old Glory, Texas, and joined Oak View Animal Clinic in 2026. She brings her years of experience as a licensed groomer to our team, and she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to different breeds.
When she’s not working, Megan loves just about anything that gets her outside, especially hunting, swimming, and camping. She has three dogs, and loves comic books, music, and traveling. She’s visited much of Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri and dreams of one day traveling to Ireland, Scotland, and Spain. She’d also love to visit castles, see Loch Ness, and explore comic book shops around the world.
Client Care Coordinators
Amanda
Amanda has always had a love and understanding with animals. She started following her passion for veterinary medicine in 2011. She has worked as a veterinary technician in both general practice and emergency hospital settings. She has also worked as a practice manager in general practice and urgent care. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her 4 dogs and 4 cats, take any opportunity to go hiking and kayaking, go to concerts and gaming.
Amber
Amber is originally from Bakersfield California and has been in veterinary medicine for over a decade. Her house boasts an impressive menagerie of 4-legged friends, with her and her husband having 2 ferrets (Romeo & Sugar Daddy), 4 dogs (Moonpies, BlackJack, Piper & Sophia), 2 cats (Kosmo & Jasper) and a bearded dragon (Phoenix).
Erica
Erica is an Arkansas native who joined Oak View Animal Clinic in March 2026. A big fan of reading and the outdoors, Erica enjoys getting out and exploring whenever she can. She has traveled throughout the South and Southwest, with trips to places including San Diego, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Missouri. At home, she has a four-year-old boxer/pit mix named Embry.
Sydney
Sydney grew up in Northwest Arkansas after being born in Pennsylvania. She earned Associate degrees in Art and Liberal Science from NWACC and brings more than 10 years of experience volunteering in shelter animal care to her work at Oak View Animal Clinic.
In her free time, Sydney loves exploring her creative side through digital art, painting, and charcoal. She also enjoys traveling and spending time in nature. At home, she has a tortoise-shell cat named Clementine.
